resize based on final file size

The only reason I need to resize pics is to get the size down to send by email, text or upload. I don't need, nor do I really understand, the different resizing options of most resizers. The one I do use has an option- Resize to: Under k/mb...

add drag & drop

Drilling down through file system is much time-consuming and tedious. Drag and drop is much faster and simpler.

Access files from my mapped network drives

Browse from an image in your programme and only local drives are accessed. All my stuff is an a local network and are mapped to this PC. Neither network drives nor mapped drives are available. P.S. This is a private home network - nothing special.
